Youth Development Program

Our Youth Development Program, commonly referred to as YDP, is for our younger players U5 –U8. We work on the fundamental elements of soccer while also having a TON of fun –teaching young players how to become successful soccer players and teammates. Training is generally co-ed depending on the number of players registered and held two to three nights a week. Games are held on Saturday mornings during the Fall and Spring seasons.

All Players ages U5 – U8 are welcome!

The Camp Hill Soccer Club will help your child become a successful soccer player and teammate — building on the fundamental elements of the game while ensuring your child will also have a LOT of fun!

Registration fees are for the Spring 2025 Season and jersey only!

 

 

Training

Training will be group training. Players will be assigned a group and all groups will train together with the same activities.

Training will start the week of March 17th.

  • Training for U7/U8 (Birth Years 2018/2017) will be held Mondays & Thursdays from 6:00‐7:00 pm at Dairy Field (located at the intersection of S 30th Street & Mayfred Lane)
  • Training for U5/U6 (Birth Years 2020/2019) will be held on Wednesdays from 6:00‐6:45 pm at Schaefer Field (located at the intersection of Walnut Street & N 28th Street)

 

Uniforms

  • Training jerseys are to be worn during practices and games.
  • Cleats and shin guards are required for participation in all training and games
  • Appropriate socks covering the shin guard must be worn at all practices and games

Games

  • There will be 6 co-ed games total: 4/5, 4/12, 4/26, 5/3, 5/10, and 5/17 (Weather Dependent)
  • Games for U7/U8 will be held Saturday Mornings at 9am at Dairy Field
  • Games for U5/U6 will be held on Saturday mornings at 10:15am at Schaeffer Field
