Camp Hill Soccer Club Spring 2012 Registration
December 18, 2011 through January 15, 2012
There are several changes to the online registration process this season. The club is required by Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer League (EPYSL) to use their database system for our registration process. We use this registration system because the Club obtains its insurance through the EPYSL. Contact Lynette with any questions or concerns at 730-3829 (Phone hours: Mondays – 12:00-7:00pm; Wednesdays – 1:00-6:00pm; Saturdays – 10:00am-3:00pm) or or registrar@camphillsoccer.org.
- REGISTRATION FORMS/FEES for U9 and up received by registrar between January 16th, 2012 and January 31st, 2012 will be considered LATE and a $20.00 late fee will be assessed and your child will be placed on a wait list due to team roster availability. All uniforms must be paid for and ordered by March 1 to guarantee arrival for the start of the season. Please contact Amy at uniforms@camphillsoccer.org to order. February 1st U9 and up will be closed.
- REGISTRATION FORMS/FEES for Smurf and U8 received by registrar between February 1st, 2012 and February 29th, 2012 will be considered LATE and a $20.00 late fee will be assessed. February 29th Smurf and U8 will be closed.

CREATE A FAMILY ACCOUNT
When you click on the online registration link, you will have the option to create a family account, or to register an individual player. Each family is asked to set up a family account during the registration process. If you are registering more than one child, click on the button to create a family account and create the account for your family. Next, click on the button that says, “Add Player to Family” and create a player profile for your first child, then click on the button again and create a player profile for every player in your family.
Once you have created the family account and entered a profile for each child, you will see the children listed in your family account and to the right of the players name will be a button to register. Simply click on that button and register your first child and after that child has been registered, there will be a button on the registration confirmation page that will allow you to go back to the family account. Click on that button and register your second child and so on.
GO HERE for a printable document to walk you through the process. Please take a moment to look through the few pages so that your family account is set up properly.
To get started, go to www.gotsoccer.com, click on Login User and then click on Players/Parents. You will be required to create a Username and Password. Have your medical information nearby because this information will all be entered into your account and the registrar will print out the medical release forms for the coaches.
Using the Family Account, will allow you to access your information at any time. You can update any information that has changed from personal to medical without having to contact anyone.
For more information regarding Family Account usage download the PARENT & PLAYER HANDBOOK (pdf).
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All registration payments will only be accepted on-line. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
U9 and Up CPYSL PLAYER PASSES & PHOTOS
With the new database, we have the ability to print passes with pictures directly on the CPYSL players pass. Everyone is required to upload a photo of your U9 or up child (head shot only–similar to a school photo) on your Family Account under each child’s name. Uploading a photo will eliminate the need to turn in pictures to your coach or the registrar. If you already have a GotSoccer account, you do not need to upload a new photo, however, if you are new to the club and creating an account, you must upload your child’s photo.
